We don't use our phones as computers - just for calls and texting - no data. I called ahead and spoke to a property manager and specifically asked to have the key code texted to my phone. That didn't happen. We had to call and leave a message for someone to get back to us. Also we needed the WiFi info to be texted which again we didn't get. The bed wasn't very comfortable.
