Amazing flat 5 balconies in Chueca - Gran Via

Nice space and convenient location

The AC was a little hit and miss. It worked, but it was still hot at night.

Excellent location & excellent host. He offered us recommendations as to where to eat & very responsive when I had questions about the apartment. Comfortably fit our family of 6. Would stay again!

The system with an internet swipe looked complicated on paper but it was actually pretty easy. We came by car and there is a great car park 30 meters away. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The host is very helpful. The location is great. Very lively neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. You can walk anywhere in the centre and there are metro stations all around. If I go back to Madrid, I would go there.

Beautiful renovated, very spacious apartment with all the amenities. Extremely clean! The host was very responsive and came over to greet us once we arrived. Great location, within walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Excellent, renovated apartment. New, double-insulated windows were very nice at blocking out outside noise.

The ensuite bath could use a magnet or something to hold the bathroom door closed. The noise from the bar below was fairly well blocked out, but you could still hear the thumping a little bit.

There’s nothing not to like. It’s a beautiful corner apartment overlooking a small but active square. When I wasn’t on the town I was sitting by the balcony watching all the people and goings-on. It’s is very spacious especially the living room so you never feel crowded. So nice. The neighborhood is super interesting with a ton of restaurants and shops, even a pedestrian shopping street just a block away.

The only downside to the amazing location is that there are a club, bar, and pizza joint downstairs that stay open late and are noisy. Just outside the bedroom windows. It makes it hard to sleep on the weekends.

The location is great. A lot of stores and restaurants are within a walkable distance. The flat is very spacious, clean and everything is functional. The host gave clear indications beforehand so the check-in was quite easy.

The flat is above a bar and in a lively area, so you'll hear some noise even within the building. Nonetheless, we were able to sleep and rest properly but I'm mentioning it as some people could find it unappealing.

Great Location couldn't be better really. Nice large apartment with everything you'll need.
