Amazing flat 5 balconies in Chueca - Gran Via

Great location, overlooking a bustling square with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Gran Via metro station is just around the corner. The apartment was clean and comfortable with great facilities. Lots of helpful things provided including shower gel, shampoo, washing powder and dishwasher tablets, very useful for a family stay.

The flat is in a busy noisy area and for us this was part of it's appeal. The soundproofing is pretty good but on a Friday and Saturday night, the noise is more noticeable. We didn't mind this but worth noting if you're looking for somewhere quieter.

Location. Near numerous cafes, restaurants. Carrefour Express within 5 min walk. Shopping street nearby. Size of the apartment. Living and dinning rooms are large, can easily entertain 20 guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Can easily cook any meals. Beds are comfortable. Air-conditioning was strong. Apartment is very nicely furnished.

Location was the best and room was comfortable for 6 people.

It was inconvenient to find the exact location. Since we are international tourist so finding the exact location on map was difficult. But property manager was kind enough to give us direction in the phone.

The host provided clear instructions on how to gain access to the building and the apartment through a code. The location is perfectly place in Chueca near all the bars, restaurants and very central to go sight seeing. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the amenities, the host even left us with a welcome pack of food and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can fault it. The host even accommodated an extended checkout from 11am to 2pm at an additional charge which we were happy with. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

The apartment is directly above a gay bar which we could hear the faint music but there's definitely good sound proofing. It didn't bother us that much to be fair, I'm just putting it in here for those that are looking for a quiet stay.

A beautiful and spacious apartment, two bathrooms, a large living room full of daylight, a well-equipped kitchen, an excellent location for shopping, entertainment, bars and restaurants. It's easy to walk to the most interesting places in the city Easy entry to the apartment with the mobile phone without the need for a key, the owners of the apartment are available to help

It’s a big too brand apartment with all high class 5 stars facilities super quiet in the center of the city. The host was very friendly and gave food recommendations about restaurants and more.
