GBThe room was clean. Lovely sea view Very functional, e.g, hairdryer . Tea and coffee facilities. Good amount of plug sockets. Booking in on the telephone was good. Very pleasant and helpful gentleman 👌 No problems finding the hotel or getting the keys.

The bed was horrific so uncomfortable it hurt our backs and hips, arrived to find yet again no email to say which room, did send a pin but was incorrect, this happens every time we go but this time was the worst ever

Could of been clean for a start......bed had that much hair on it looked like a barbers floor. Also the toilet was stinking
