Clean and good location away from the centre of Cagliari.

Not much we can say to be honest.

The room was so clean and spacious. Everything I needed was in the room. AC worked fantastically and cooled me down on the hot summer days. I felt very safe and comfortable to travel alone. Nicola was an amazing host, really helpful, and answered any questions I had quickly. The location was perfect! really nearby many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to so many things and tourists sites. I found my way around easily and would recomend this place to other travelers.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

The host Nicola is a gentleman, with a great knowledge of the local cultural retreats and the best restaurants. A very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The property was very nice and clean, and the location was great. The host Nicola was also very nice, quick to respond, and accommodating.

There was a baby crying every night. We think that the baby belonged to the hosts as when the other guests left, we could still hear the baby crying. This was quite uncomfortable and we didn’t get that much sleep. Also, breakfast is not included, even though it is called bed and breakfast, but you can get a €5 voucher from the host. Also, the 2nd day, the host cleaned up the room for us, but this only happened once during our 4 day stay.

Location was excellent on a quiet side street. The property sold us two five Euro breakfast vouchers to a restaurant two minutes away. It was an excellent value. The property was spotless and the room was spacious. I would definitely choose this property when returning to Cagliari.
