Location is amazing, right in the center of Cagliari. Room is spacious and cozy, bathroom is modern, just like in the pictures. Nicola is also very helpful and friendly. There is nearby parking in a garage (9 EUR per day). Air conditioning is also strong, which is very much needed in summer.

The B&B is located in a very nice area in the city, very central and cozy. The equipment of the room was excellent, the host took great care to make me feel welcome. Everything was clean and in great shape. Would definitely book again.

The b&b is very well located a couple of blocks from the bastione Di Sant Remy, so you have access to places to eat, buy things and buses. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect, clean and had everything I could possibly need, and Nicola is the most wonderful host. He gave me all the information I needed and he was super nice. I would definitely recommend the place and would come back.

The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment was centered essentially in the center of the city but was still incredibly quiet. The location itself was very residential so it felt very calm and safe. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly comfortable - more comfortable than my bed at home! I really loved how clean everything was as well. I didn't even see a speck of dust anywhere and the bathroom was pristine. I just wanted to give a shout-out to the rain shower in the bathroom! After walking and hiking all over Cagliari during the day, it was incredible to come back home and stand under the rain shower and enjoy a warm shower with high water pressure. As a final note, the host Nicola was wonderful. He is friendly and easy-going, and it was lovely to chat with him. He also added some wonderful personal touches to make my stay better, such as providing me with a late check-in when my flight was delayed and a lovely round of traditional Sardinian sweets! Honestly, it was a pleasure to meet him. My stay in Cagliari was absolutely perfect and I wouldn't have changed a thing. I can't wait to come back, and when I do, I'll definitely stay at Nicola's place again! :)
