Il Nido di Nora - Apartment

Estuvimos, éramos 2 parejas, alojados durante una semana y lo que más me gustó del departamento fueron las habitaciones ,eran muy cómodas ,y el colchón para mí gusto muy bueno .Ademas el departamento es muy seguro y muy completo.

No tengo nada importante para decir que no me haya gustado

Location was very good and safe neighborhood, there was a buss stop nearby.

We didnt see anyone and also reaching the owner was quite hard.

La amplitud de cada uno de los espacios,tal como las fotos,los elementos de cocina casi completos,y en general todo,disposición para hacer el check in antes a las 13 hs, Recomendable 100%

Solo faltaría una tostadora para el desayuno!

A szállás elfogadható lett volna ha a szállásadó szóba áll velünk

Két család volt az apartmanban, szerettünk volna még egy kulcsot, jelezni szerettük volna, hogy az egyik redőny nem működik (végül megjavítottuk, legalább kétharmadnyira le tudtuk engedni), egy napig internet sem volt. A szállásadót többször kerestük a megadott telefonszámon. Több üzenetet is küldtünk (SMS, WhatsApp, Booking) Nem reagált semmire! A szállásadó kommunikációja 1 csillag. Mindkét klímát egy autómata szabályozta, ami fél óránként kikapcsolta, ha nem volt mozgás. Éjjel folyton felébredtünk a melegre. A következő vendégeknek javaslom az érzékelő letakarását, az segített. Megfelelő segítségnyújtás mellett jó is lehetett volna az apartman, de ez a vendéghez való hozzáállás elfogadhatatlan! Az alacsony értékelés a szállásadó kommunikációja miatt van. Ha érkezéskor problémánk lett volna a bejutással, mit csináltunk volna? A két család sosem tudott külön programot szervezni az egy kulcs miatt!! There were two families in the apartment, we wanted another key, we wanted to indicate that one of the shutters was not working (we finally fixed it, we were able to lower it at least two-thirds), there was no internet for a day. We called the host several times on the phone number provided. We sent several messages (SMS, WhatsApp, Booking) He did not respond to anything! The host's communication is 1 star. Both air conditioners were controlled by an automatic device, which turned them off every half hour if there was no movement. We constantly woke up at night to the heat. I recommend that the next guests cover the sensor, it helped. With proper assistance, the apartment could have been good, but this attitude towards the guest is unacceptable! The low rating is due to the host's communication. If we had had a problem with getting in upon arrival, what would we have done? The two families were never able to organize a separate program because of the one key!!

The apartment itself is big and comfortable with A/C that is capable of cooling it down quite well - even at the peak of summer. Salerno, while it technically might be stretching the definition of the Costiera Amalfitana a bit, has several parking houses, one of which is in the same building as the apartment. This turned out to be exceptionally convenient since parking is somewhat of a nightmare all along the Amalfi Coast.

La ubicación

Poca comunicación del anfitrión, el aire acondicionado funcionaba por 30’ y se cortaba; por lo cual hay que interrumpir el descanso por el calor. Las almohadas eran escasas y demasiado viejas. El segundo baño es solamente para uso de toilette (imposible bañarse en la mini ducha y no descarga bien el agua).

We were quite shocked when we arrived, as one of the rooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned. It looked like it had been used before, and there was a wet towel left in the bathroom. We messaged the host immediately, and while he did apologize and came to clean the room, it was disappointing to deal with this after a long journey. He didn’t explain what had happened not sure if it's due to a language barrier or not but a little communication would have gone a long way. The location is convenient, close to the bus station and within walking distance to the port and train station, though it can be a bit challenging with heavy luggage. Overall, it’s a mixed experience for me. I wasn’t happy with the situation, but if you're looking for a simple place for a short stay in Salerno, the property itself is adequate.

The cleanliness was disappointing, one room & bathroom weren’t cleaned before our arrival. While the host did respond and fix the issue, the lack of explanation or proper communication made the situation frustrating.

Andrea the host was fantastic to deal with. Upon arrival we had an unforeseen issue with the gas meter and he worked very quickly to get it fixed within a couple of hours, especially good on a Saturday night. He was very kind and easy to communicate with and deal with, a great host. The property is very centrally located, close to the train station, Main Street, supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was large and well set out, everything we needed to cook meals was available and the washing machine worked very well. The beds were comfortable. The shower stalls are small but manageable.

Nil, but to note that the key to the front door of the building is a little difficult to use.
