"Calming and luxurious"

Everything. Everything required and extremely comfortable and welcoming. Very tastefully decorated. Wished we could stay longer. I had to change from my partner to a friend at last minute and she was absolutely thrilled to join me as we had been to Port Sunlight last year. Felt very privileged to be trusted in staying in someone's private home . Highly recommend.

"Great stay in a Port Sunlight cottage with all the modern conveniences."

We liked staying in a conservation village, a few minutes walk to the metro train station, and the sights in Port Sunlight. There were many kitchen consumables provided although we didn't use them. The outside courtyard area was a plus, and it was useful to have a car parking space outside. We didn't use the car at all during our break. The metro train was great for getting to Liverpool. This takes 20 minutes. In the other direction is Chester, which takes half an hour.

The constant traffic noise from the bedroom. We would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Personally, we prefer a firmer mattress than what is provided.

Property was spotless and has everything you need, the location is ideal, 2 mins walk from station, parking at property if driving, central to everywhere. James, the owner provides all the information you could possibly need, before you arrive.
