The apartment is great,big and well equiped. Check in and check out was very easy.

The AC is only a portable unit in the living room and its more like a loud fan, not an AC. It the hot weather it was way too hot in the apartment.

The host Patrizia is ready at anytime to help, the bed had some problem and in one day she organised to buy a new bed and install it!! House is close to city center that can be reached walking, same as the high city. Very recommended

Lovely big apartment for the two of us in a quieter area of Bergamo. Great facilities including dishwasher, washing machine and pod espresso maker. The bed was very comfortable. Good communication with the friendly owners.

My daughter loved the courtyard entrance... she said it's like the 'Encanto' house. Location was excellent and we loved the Pignolo village feel of the area. Everything was really accessible and walking to either the upper or lower town was picturesque. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too. The weather was terrible but the apartment was warm. There was plenty of room in it and it was reasonably well equipped, we managed to cook some really nice food in it no problem.

There were some essential items missing from the apartment such as oven gloves, bath plug, T towel, toilet paper. The toilet paper and plug was mentioned and we did get a bottle of wine as an apology. The walls in the apartment were thick and noise was low but the Greek restaurant below could be heard in the late evening (my husband and child slept through it though) and after 4 nights it started to be a bit annoying.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well lit. Had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Not easy to find this type of apartment with a bathroom plus separate shower/toilet. Most of all, Michele was super helpful, even allowing us to keep the luggage in the apartment until 4pm in view that our flight out was in the evening. Recommended.

Very spacious, good localisation, clean and preety. Owner was nice and supportive.
