Large apartment. Well equipped. Michelle was very helpful and kind. Very good

We have arrived later than it was planned because of huge traffic around Bergamo and unknown roads (we used a navigator but anyway made several mistakes). However, we were welcomed by a young host assistant Mikele who provided us with the keys and showed us the appartment. He was very friendly and instructed us about the restaurants, food stores, sightseeings etc. -- a very important information. The main entrance door on the street opens to the charming italian inner yard (it's a multiple appartment building), from there by steps one gets to appartment door. And then one sees a beatiful stylish and spacious appartment (just renovated). It's very well designed, nicely decorated, very clean, and well equipped. There is a big space (a hall, living room and a kitchen) and in the three steps one finds a nice spacious bedroom. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a bath. The interior with ancient italian ceilings is simply perfect! The host Patrizia (we contacted her via whatsapp) was very friendly and gave us invaluable instructions on where to park our car, what to see in the cities (upper and lower) and where to have dinner, to find food stores, etc. (we came to Bergamo for the first time). They also gave us a good advice on how to get to Milano for a day (by train, not by car!) which we much appreciated. Many thanks to Patrizia and Mikele, we were really charmed with our stay. Will come back one day.

The appartament is spacious, clean and cosy. Its position is eccellent for tourists as it is situated in the heart of Bergamo Bassa in the secure district with plenty of restaurants, pizzerias and cafes. You can reach Bergamo Alta in 15 minutes of walk. The appartament is well equipped. I enjoyed my visit. Michele, responsable for the appartement, is helpful and very kind . I recommend the sppartament.

Very spacious and clean apartment, in an ideal location close to shops,bars,restaurants and supermarkets.The host Michele was very helpful and accommodating.The apartment was very well equipped and it was such a nice surprise to see water, fruit,Tea, Coffee,treats etc.left for us on arrival. Will definitely return again and wish them all the best for the future.....10 out 10 from Edel and family. Ireland
