The length of time it took to gain access to the property. It was not at the address indicated. Additionally, the shower in the two upstairs bathrooms did not work. Furthermore, I was not told that access involved a time consuming process of providing a security deposit.

Location was first class

Address wasn’t clear a local pub didn’t recognise the address Had to phone as PIN number incorrect Shower enclosures need updated

Location was excellent. Outdoor area ideal.

Very small living and bedrooms which have no room for suitcases. Parking not ideal but it is what it is.

Very little cooking utensils, no oven or grill trays, could not use, beds were very worn and no mattress protection,

Location was great and had many rooms for all people staying in our large group. Nice back area for seating.

Communication with hosts was difficult and getting the door code took some time. We were able to call the provided number however and get it all figured out.
