# of rooms,bathrooms and nice outdoor area. Close to downtown

NO PARKING.DRYER DID NOT WORK!and they did not fix it. We had to walk to the laundry mat to dry our clothes very inconvenient! No needed amenities. Trashbags,pots,pans,bowls salt, kithen towels foil,ANYTHING! This place is great for young kids wanting to party downtown and have a place to sleep, but not for a family of 12 needing a place to stay wanting to visit Galway a few days!

The numbers were coloured silver on a silver background... a little diffucult to see when dark..

location superb loved garden area at the rear and it helped that it was covered in part the number of bathrooms and bedrooms was great .

the wi fi didnt work on arrival and as our grandsons all on spectrum we had a difficult first night . however Nigel arrived and sorted it out for us early our first morning. he fixed the upstairs showers too which had no water. we would most definitely stay there again .

I really liked that we could access the keys from the lockbox and that we could use it to leave keys for each other when we were all out and about in the city. Accommodations and location were awesome and I would definitely stay here again. We had the whole house/apartment for our family of six.

I had What's App messages and a phone call with Dereck about a week before check in during which he said we could get into the property in the morning or possibly pay to "check In" the night before - this would have been great because our flight landed at 5:30 am and then we could have gone directly there and taken a short nap. He never followed up, so it was confusing. More towels would have been great since there were so many of us for multiple nights.

Great location. Comfy beds. Good indoor and outdoor space.

No mirrors in bedrooms. Minimal products provided (kitchen roll, tinfoil, washing up liquid, spare bin bags etc). Didn’t receive the key code until 8pm of check in day (knew we were arriving at 3pm). Therefore couldn’t access the property and no answer from property owner, only got in because a cleaner was there!

There was a private car park around the corner we could've used with a code but we weren't told this. Couldn't find the hairdryer even though it was listed as included in the website and no hand wash in the bathrooms. Needed oven gloves as we were cooking with the oven Wish we had a spare front door key. Only had one even though we booked the whole house to ourselves but not a big deal.
