The location was perfect, so central, right off Eyre Square. Loads of room in the house and the outdoor area is also very spacious

Amazing location, spotless rooms , sheets, towels all like new. Great outdoor area. Pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were very comfortable

The location is outstanding and the outdoor area was very good. It's right by the centre of Galway, and the bedrooms are comfortable and well-sized.

We had two issues. First, I received a call about an hour before check-in asking for a 300 euro security deposit over the phone and I could not use the same card I used to pay to pay this deposit. This was poorly communicated and handled unprofessionally. We had no choice but to give over card details as the company withheld the lock-box code until it was given. Second, both showers upstairs (two out of three) were leaking seriously. One leaked through the ceiling into the downstairs bedroom, which given the crack in the ceiling through which the water was leaking, appeared to be a recurring issue. The second shower also leaked onto the bedroom floor, meaning instead of the three bathrooms advertised, there was only one between 10. I contacted the company following our stay by email and again by phone but received no response.

Perfect location. Lots of space. The heating worked well. Hot water has to be turned. Galway is a beautiful city that has so much to offer would defiantly recommend and well be back

Getting a call on the day I was checking in that I had to give €300 before they would give me the code to get in having taken over a €1,000 off us for a 1 night stay in Galway. This amount should be sought via email so that everything is verified. With scams so common now, no one should be phoning someone seeking personal payment details over the phone.

Outstanding location, short walks everywhere. Lots of beds, nice bathrooms, parking directly in front (not guaranteed) but avail when we were there.
