Location was very central and the house was very spacious. Outdoor area very nice for a group of people.

Location was the only plus point for this property. And bed was comfy.

Rundown furniture's the kicthen tap was wobbly and insecure. Upstairs bathroom no water supply and little to no hot water even though we try to on the timer. Downstairs bedroom water leakage from the ceiling.

This house is located really conveniently, Eyre Square is just 20 metres from the apartment as well as shopping center. There are a lot of rooms with bedrooms, enough baths for everyone and enough space in general. Kitchen is good, there was enough plates and glasses for us along with forks and spoons. Furniture is quite modern, chairs are comfortable to sit on. Backyard is a great place to spend a summer night with your friends. Overall, the apartment left a good impression, but there were some cons.

The toilet on the ground floor was broken and it was leaking all over the floor. Backyard was kinda dirty, it could have been better. There was no soap in bathrooms, only in one of them. And there was no grill outside, even though it was on the photos and it was written on booking, so we were forced to go back to take our grill with us.

Our stay, fell significantly short of our expectations. The issues were numerous and quite serious, beginning with our arrival, when we discovered the refrigerator leaking all over the floor. The wet, messy inconvenience was just a prelude to the issues that would follow. We didn’t use the refrigerator and therefore told them that it’s not an issue (should we wanted to use it, we wouldn’t be able to). Overnight, we were faced with an even more alarming problem - sewage leaking from the downstairs toilet, leading to flooding in the kitchen area. Health and sanitation concerns aside, this problem was simply unbearable and made our stay uncomfortable. We promptly notified the owner about the issues via the Booking.com platform, expecting a swift resolution. However, our plea was met with silence, and no one came to address the problem as promised (we have evidence of this on the app). Furthermore, we were shocked to find a piece of glass in a bowl, posing a potential hazard. This experience made us question the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The property consisted of six rooms, of which we found only three tolerable enough to use. A musty and damp atmosphere pervaded the remaining rooms, which were left unoccupied due to their unpleasant conditions. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. We felt neglected as guests and are deeply unsatisfied with the lack of assistance during our stay. I hope that the owner takes these concerns seriously and addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.
