Size and location and comfortable

Outdoor area was full of broken furniture and a bit of a dumping ground. Bathroom door and shower need fixing

It was good to have kitchen facilities

The outside area was a dumping ground for the pub, umberellas, bits of wood, gas bottle. Lots of cigarette stubbs. Would not be a nice area to relax in. Only one wine glass & two tumblers & 3 champagne glasses. Considering the room belonged to the pub … full of all sorted glasses. Should have been 3 wine glasses. There were 3 champagne glasses, but as a pub should know. You don’t drink wine out of champagne glasses. Only two forks, I had to go to into the pub to ask for another one. A serving bowl had the handle broken off, leaving sharp edges. It should have been noticed before and disposed of, not left in the cupboard. Only one seat to sit in to watch the tv
