The Carew Loft

Comfortable beds, spacious room. Pub attached served good food and beer, parking was off road.

The cleanliness was not acceptable (dirty fridge) crumbs about, bins not clean, bathroom had spots of some kind of bodily fluid on walls.

It was absolutely lovely very friendly people enjoyed every part of our stay

The room was clean and big for s studio, tea, coffee and sugar are provided and tv has access to Netflix

It was not the room we booked, we came to the property and advised to go through the front of the property which we did and was shown to the lodge. As we were very busy, didn't realise this was the wrong room as this was a studio and we paid for the lodge, By the time we realised the owner advised someone was in the Loft so therefore was not available, therefore she knew her mistake and did not tell us. The loft is basically a 2 bed apartment and was significantly more in price. When I asked for a refund she was very blunt and told me to go through booking.com and then ignored any messages after. When I did go through booking.com she then denied my refund, so I had to provide proof that I was given the wrong room. Also did not provide a lot of toilet roll or hand soap in the bathroom Rooms are nice but the owner is quite rude, the previous owners were much nicer.

It is lovely and clean and a really nice size .

It would have been good if the log fire was working, but the room was warming enough with the central heating.

I was in the Lodge. It was warm and cozy, cjean and very well equipped. Excellent location, very convenient for Rame Head, Cawsand and Edgcumbe Country Park and so much more in a small area. The host Amber went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

STAFF AND OWNER VERY RESPOMSIVE TO REQUESTS AND ASSISTANCE - DINNER DRINKS IN RESTUARANT EXCELLENT AND GREAT AMBIENCE - SUPER IMPRESSED THANK YOU AMBER AND MEHGAN FOR YR ATTENTIVE SERVICE. YR HOSPITALITY APPROACH WOULD PUT SOME OF THE LARGE HOTEL CHAINS TO SHAME - WELL DONE !.

THE WEATHER

The way the room was set up, I love that chair that’s just in front of the tv it’s super comfortable also for those that love drinking you don’t have to go far away for food or drinks a pub is just right there upstairs
