Outside furniture not very good Blinds in app not clean and tv not user friendly

Wonderful apartment and location. Stunning Minster views. Would definitely stay here again.

The see through glass coffee is maybe not a good idea if small kids were to stay here as it is so easy to walk into height wise plus the top is a loose sheet of clear glass

Very central location with a beautiful view of the Minster. Was initially worried about the noise from the nearby restaurants and bars but there was no sound at all. Apartment was lovely inside.

Chose the property as thought it would be more accessible to my elderly parents with the lift and free parking. However, the parking is for the council car park with the nearest about a 10 minute walk away. Also note that the apartment door is also difficult to open from the inside (there is no handle - and even as a young(ish) traveller I found it difficult to open - this made it impossible for my elderly parents to open).

Access was very easy. Property arranged for digital parking permit so no fuss on arrival.

The heaters would periodically make a very loud bang. Scared me every time!

Location, quiet, Beth at Stayz very responsive and felt there was a back up if anything when wrong

Lift not working, tricky up stairs with luggage, patio had plastic glove, cigarette butt and other bits of rubbish, not a lot but unappealing, shower gel dispensers in showers nearly empty and/or broken. apartment needs an upgrade

Apartment is in a great location and really close to the centre with a short walk to all attractions. 10/10 Lots of places to eat. Your spoilt for choice.

Had a few faults with apartment but after reporting them, they were fixed immediately. ( flooring in kitchen a bit unstable also connection with TV ) The bathrooms could do with being upgraded as grouting and shower trays grubby. ( because of this I would give it a 7/10 ) Been to 5 apartments in York but this is the first one I've had to complain about.

Perfect location in the old Town, next to the minster and lots of shops and cafes. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with good beds, and well equipped.

Some traces of wear on the kitchen floor and cupboards.
