Had trouble getting in the first time. Couldn’t work the dryer on washing machine

Bedroom blinds let in too much light..... Twin bed pushed together was very low

The property was in a great location. the property was ok , close to amenties. It had a nice view of York minster.

the property could do with some updating. The kitchen wall cupboards were too high and awkward to open as I'm only 5ft tall. Blinds in all rooms could do with cleaning. i didnt like the main door entrance as it would benefit from cleaning up. Didnt like the kitchen table as it spins around when you try to sit at it.

Great location and convenience of parking. We'll set out apartment and convenience of ensuite bathroom. Welcome pack v handy

Fixtures and fittings throughout the apartment needed better maintenance. Very high potential of showers to leaky and doesn't seem a new problem

The main entrance is frequented by homeless people.

lovely property in an ideal central location .nice little touchs with tea and milk ,coffee welcome pack. right in the centre but still nice and quiet ,lovely forecourt to sit in right in the shadow of the minster .would def. book again

shower in main bathroom leaking all over floor and not working blinds needs dusting

amazing location, amazing view of York Minster from the lounge room and balcony, excellent management, really comfortable beds. highly recommend.

Most perfect was the central locality as I have mobility issues plus there is a lift to first floor apartments. Just around the corner from all main shops and attractions. Apartment within city walls so no cars allowed, just perfect. Lovely welcome pack 😍

A small thing - the extractor fan in the bathroom was really dusty. Just watched the Hotel Inspector and she picked up on this in a hotel, was the most minor of things though.
