"Dissapointment, false advertisement, for what we paid to what we got"

They advertised a 2nd floor unit without elevator, which I was ok with BUT when I filled out my info they assigned me to a 5th floor without elevator.. I know I read everything carefully because we did El Camino and wanted to enjoy and rest.. same with the laundry, we needed a place with washing facilities, which they offered as well, to then find out I needed to bring my clothes to a laundry place away from the building. They also gave me the wrong code to access keys to the unit…

It was closed to metro station

1. Brudno - pokój nie był przygotowany dla gości, kurz, niedomytość, brudne okna, kabina prysznicowa z kamieniem, szczotki i wiadra do sprzątania w szafie na ubrania. 2. Pokój potrzebuje odświeżenia, ściany porysowane, stół obity, krzesła niewygodne. 3. Brak sofy, czyli strefy wypoczynkowej, a w ofercie była. 4. Niedziałające żaluzje, ciemno w pokoju. 5. Mało wieszaków na ubrania 6. Dla dwóch osób 1 łyżeczka do kawy 7. Brak wieszaków na płaszcze przy wejściu. . 8.Brak kosza na śmieci w dużym pokoju. 9. Dziwny wymóg wyrzucania śmieci w ostatni dzień pobytu kiedy była pobrana opłata za sprzątanie.

Ubicación , aislamiento acústico exterior, cocina , baños

Ubicación sofá cama , extendida impide paso al baño . Por ese motivo estaba roto somier en los pies del sofá cama Calentador de agua escaso para ducha de 5 personas adultas
