Great location

Having to climb six flights of stairs with heavy luggage (no lift). Very limited facilities

Very good and large apartment right in the centre at Sol. Apartment equipped with technical appliances such as kettle, toaster and coffee machine. It was very quiet. We felt very confortable. Communication is good and professional. Highly recommended.

There is no elevator. On the 5th floor, it can be difficult. The bathroom smelled a bit, as it is an old building. There is a window in the bathroom.

Очень хорошее месторасположение. Всё достопримечательности рядом. Метро, торговый центр, супермаркет, кафе и рестораны все в шаговой доступности. Квартира хорошая, есть шум с улицы, но если вы закрыли все двери, то ни чего не слышно. Получение ключей прошло хорошо.

Матрас нужно менять, он прогнулся ,очень старый, у меня потом спина болела сильно.

Moglo je biti više ručnika po osobi u jedinici.

Perfect location from which we could reach everything on foot. The studio is well equipped and very comfy, the bed is quite hard which we liked very much.

As it is centrally located there is a lot of noise from the street so keeping windows opened during the night is not an option. Closed windows keep the noise away well.

Hermoso departamento, espacioso e increible ubicación. Podés llegar caminando a cualquier lado! Bien equipado y limpio. Recomendamos.

A veces por la noche se escucha un poco de ruido, pero bastante bien para un departamento en pleno centro.
