Acogedor, limpio, decorado con encanto, muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo pero muy bien insonorizado. El tamaño es perfecto para una familia de 4 o 5 personas. Repetiríamos sin duda

No tiene ascensor, para nosotros no fue un problema pero para familias con niños muy pequeños o personas con movilidad reducida es un problema y deberían indicarlo claramente en la información

El equipamiento del apartamento muy completo y el personal de Minty Stay muy cordial y atento

very nice appartment with perfect location directly in the city centre. Just be prepared and train your legs to take 5 levels of stairs everyday :)

Central location

On the fifth floor, no elevator. A broken leg on the bed. Never mended. Given 2 coffee pods for 4 nights stay. Provided with a washing machine pod, but no washing machine! Provided with a dishwasher pod but no dish washer! Long black hairs on the floor ( we are both blond). Wrack in the shower broken. Showergel dispenser broken. Extractor fan in the shower room was dirty.

The location is very good. Steps away from Puerto del Sol. Lots of shopping in the area. Metro is nearby but we walked almost everywhere since it was such a central location. Room has lots of natural light. The area felt very safe.Super easy to get the key and let ourselves in.

No elevator and five flights of stairs isn't the end of the world but be prepared to save a little energy at the end of the day for the climb. The room has a breakfast station set up with coffee maker and toaster with no plug in the area. Even the little lamp wasn't plugged in. We had to plug the coffee machine in on the other side of the room. The small fridge didn't seem to work well either. Just plan to go around the corner to Don Nino or La Mollorquina for breakfast.

Location could not be better, you can walk to all the main attractions from here. In the middle of a great shopping district, really close to Grand Via but away from the older, more run down streets. It’s a lovely location to walk out into the street. There’s a great supermarket in the basement of a department store right across the street.

Nothing major. Just a couple of points to be aware of but didn’t affect our stay: 1. The street below is noisy when the windows are open. We weren’t able to open the shutters at night to get a breeze but the A/C works fine. 2. Apartment is well stocked with basics but I would have appreciated a couple of tea towels, more washing up liquid (they supply a very small bottle - why not give 1 or 2 more for longer stays?) and soap in the bathrooms. Would have made the stay just a little easier.

# Terrible Experience - 1 Star # My partner and I stayed at this apartment/guest house in early March and had one of our worst travel experiences ever. What should have been a relaxing week-long getaway turned into a nightmare due to numerous unacceptable issues with this accommodation. Our problems began before we even arrived. Just 48 hours before our flight, we discovered that the apartment was located on the fifth floor with NO elevator - crucial information that was completely omitted from the apartment listing. By this point, it was too late to change our reservation. Upon arrival in the evening after a 5-hour flight, we were dismayed to find the room in terrible condition. The most alarming issue was a large patch of mold growing on the wall directly above our bed - a serious health concern that the owner never addressed despite our complaints. The room was also extremely dirty, with dust covering most surfaces, indicating poor cleaning standards.

The bathroom situation was equally disappointing. There wasn't enough hot water for both of us to shower, and we were expected to manage with half-empty soap bottles, just one set of towels for our entire stay, and a single roll of toilet paper. The room only had a tiny trash bin in the bathroom with no general waste bin provided. Our first morning, we were rudely awakened by a maintenance worker entering our room without proper notice. We were shocked to learn that the owner knew the room had a leaking roof problem but had placed us there anyway. As rain continued to fall, the situation worsened, and our room began to flood. Despite our repeated requests to cancel our stay due to these unacceptable conditions, the owner stubbornly refused and simply sent the maintenance worker back. Only after the flooding became severe and the maintenance worker confirmed the leak couldn't be fixed did the owner finally agree to cancel the remainder of our stay. However, we were still charged €380 (40% of our total booking) for two miserable nights. The owner showed absolutely no willingness to compensate us for our troubles, offered no refund beyond the bare minimum, and provided no apology for the ruined vacation and the distress we experienced. His complete lack of customer service or desire to make things right was appalling. This experience spoiled the beginning of our week-long vacation that we had been looking forward to for so long. I strongly urge other travelers to avoid this property completely. The combination of misleading information, unhygienic conditions, maintenance issues, and the owner's unprofessional attitude make this one of the worst accommodations I've ever encountered in my travels.
