Nice comfortable room , clean , modern , good facilities , good location, short walk to the town centre and amenities. Good communication by owner . Would stay here again , better than a hotel Handy kitchen , dining room to use .

5 min walk from bus station and shops. Quiet street

Vicarage Lawns is a central town street, with pretty brick built terraced houses ( poss Edwardian). Some of the properties need to be smartened up and the pavements and road gullies need to be cleaned/swept. Needs some tlc
