The front door lock - I struggled with it but the owner came to help straight away

Mix up with cleaning the room but sorted QuickTime. I didn't check out on time, due to stupidity but they were very good about it

There is one key for the whole property and it is constantly not there so impossible to get into the property

I could not stay there because the entry info was not sent to me in time

Told booking.com I would be arriving between 6 and 7 p.m. I arrived promptly as promised at 7 p.m. but there was no one there. I was given no means of contact and had to pay for alternative accommodation. The info for entry was sent to my phone an hour later which was too late. Why was it not sent to me earlier? Booking.com are refusing to refund me which is unfair As an 89-year-old pensioner I did not fancy walking the streets all night Please refund the £104-50
