Had the loveliest stay here for 2 nights. The host was so kind and very communicative. I organised with the housekeeper to decorate the flat, in which she accidentally decorated the wrong room (it was an easy mistake). When I spoke to her and the owner I had the extra money I sent her refunded straight back to me and they were so apologetic, I spoke to her back and forth in messages and she was so so so kind and felt so bad for her mistake (in which she didn’t need to as I completely understand). Later that night we came back and they left us a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates and a bday card to apologise which was such a lovely gesture that was so greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend this lovely apartment and will definitely be coming back in the future. Thankyou for such a wonderful and comfortable stay, everything was perfect!!

Cosy, close to centre

Great location. Easy to find. On site parking. Easy walk into York centre which took only 15 minutes. Nice walk along waterside into York too.

Nothing really to dislike. Was surprised that there was only one hand towel between the two of us.

Loved everything.

The apartment was clean and furnished nicely. The bed was comfortable. The location was brilliant just a short walk into the center.

We wanted to make some food. There weren't any baking trays for the oven. No frying pans and limited crockery.

It’s a lovely cosy 1 bed apartment. Well placed to go into York and surrounding areas. The parking space which comes with the apartment is great. The facilities at the apartment are very good even though we did not do any cooking, the information booklet is good for local information but requires a bit more information. We would recommend staying here and will do ourselves in the future. The information and the video on how to get to the apartment was great help. Some minor points but nothing that impacted on our lovely stay.

The information booklet requires a bit more information for example the recycling and waste bins in the apartment what goes where, as every county/ town / borough have different rules, and where is the main bins to empty them are. The front of the apartment should have been cleaned up of rubbish before our arrival. First impressions count. The working of the tv, some instructions, could not even get some normal channels then lost signal. Did not ruin our stay,
