Very modern, fantastic location, felt like a home from home. Very clean, very comfortable, easy instructions to follow to check in, etc. Was kind enough to let us check out a bit later so we could grab some breakfast before we left.

Was hard to watch TV as signal kept dropping, but we stayed out for most our trip anyway. Noise from traffic on main road made it difficult for husband to have a full night sleep due to bedroom being at the front of the property. He had to buy ear plugs xx

Nice cosy apartment,very clean and great facilities. Great location,ten minutes walk right in to the city centre.

The location was perfect for us, just a short walk into York, found it easily thanks to the video that was sent to us. The accommodation was clean and stylish and very well presented. Communication was good with the host about checking in times……local info was available as well….It was all very well thought out!! Would definately recommend!!

The host should give more information we couldn't make head nor tail of the TV set up , a list of channel numbers was needed.. The heating wasn't clear. The cooker needed explaining and the bin set up. Nothing spoilt our stay but......also it had a great bus which stopped right outside big bonus, and a fabulous Indian resturant doors away best we have ever had, tell people. We will return.

Amazing location, very clean and so comfortable. The bed was amazing. Perfect little flat, beautiful decor. The owner was great at replying to us with any issues or questions.

Poor wifi Terrible smell from drains in bathroom (it's York lots of issues close to river) easily resolved by putting bleach down sink toilet and shower. Went within an hour and never came back. Wouldn't stop me from returning.

The location made it very easy to walk into the city, with plenty of eating places nearby and to have parking included was great, as I know many of the nearby hotels charge extra for parking.

That we had to pull the blinds down during daytime for privacy. Shutters would be a better alternative. There's no live TV and the streaming often stutters. But the above are only niggles, as our stay was very comfortable and we couldn't ask for a better location.

The location and parking was good.

To much traffic noise so couldn't open any windows. The communal area was very loud and echos from the flat upstairs. Could do with a carpet on the stairs 🤔
