"Not satisfied because the hotel is different from their description on the app, which is confusing"

Our room booking was cancelled the moment we got there for check-in because the hotel stated that we had booked the wrong rooms and that the rooms we booked only had 1 bed. However, we booked the Twin Room with City View with the description that offers 2 single beds, and the photos also indicated that the mentioned room would have 2 beds, so we were really confused and frustrated. In the end, they were still being reasonable and refunded the deposit so we could move to the other hotel.
