Faldouet 3 bed flat in Rock

House had all the amenities we required, good shower, appreciated the parking area, and the shortbread. 😄 Great communication with owner regarding water. Close to attractions for us to drive to. Good base.

Maybe more specific address Google Maps didn't know name of house we had trouble finding.

Complaints about noise on night 1 seemed unfair. Friends getting together after a long time and we felt we were just talking and laughing. Did not realise it was a first floor flat and the pictures are a little misleading. It was adequate and clean and would suit a small family

A little more attention to detail, cups /glasses and plates cutlery were all dirty, greasy marks on the wall and table had bits of food in the cracks . No info on how to get into the property I had to call the owner to find out this . No welcome pack or any WiFi . Very busy location traffic wise and all round didn’t feel welcoming or like we were away for a short break .and certainly feel it was not value for money at all .

For our purposes it was a good location

Tho the flat could sleep 6, there was only comfy seating in the open plan dining kitchen living area on a 2/3 seat sofa which was cramped for just the 3 of us staying there.. A number of light bulbs were missing throughout the flat. I was surprised it was an upstairs flat with quite a steep staircase and an inadequate handrail - this was not clear on the accommodation details
