"Perfect base for exploring North Cornwall, suitable for couples or families."

Perfect location within reasonable walking distance of all of Rock’s amenities from the restaurants by the harbour past the shops and petrol station and on to the pubs and breweries round the corner. Daymer Bay and Polzeath beaches also within 10mins drive. Property was as described and rooms if anything were a little bigger than in photos. Large parking space out front is perfect. Everything clean, tidy and in working order.

"Ideal location for Rock Oyster Festival"

Great location for Rock Oyster Festival (5min drive) and walking distance to Rock. Great shops nearby- butchers, bakers & general store and lovely pub. Really reasonable price for 5 guests for this area. I was expecting it to be very basic for the price but there were some thoughtful touches and the beds were comfortable. Off road parking available on site.
