WHome Luxury Stay in Prime Location w/ AC, Lift & Private Patio

Really spacious and nice looking appartment on a good location.

The dishwasher was still full and dirty when we arrived and airco was not working. Furthermore the airco was broken and is still an old airco. We had to turn the electricity off to get it work for 2 hours. After that it was again broken so it got really hot in the apartment. In title of the apartment they speak about AC and patio but the patio was overwhelmed and dirty

The apartment is beautiful and very roomy. Tons of storage and everything that you would need. Great location. 3rd bathroom was a plus.

The refrigerator never worked and we had to throw away all of our groceries and could not bring back left overs. The AC never worked. A service man arrived unannounced and did not fix the fridge or the AC. We reached out daily to get these issues resolved and only received a message saying that they hope we are enjoying our stay and never addressed our issues. The shower in the back bathroom did not drain.

Great location, very spacious and comfortable apartment. Updated kitchen and baths, balcony to the street, nice big windows. There is a late night bar a few doors down from the apartment - noise could be heard from the living room but not at all from the bedrooms.

Lighting in the stairway/hallway in the building, by the apartment entrance, could be better (better timing on motion?).

An absolutely beautiful apartment in a great location. A close walk to many great sights. Lots of space for relaxing and living. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is very nice, spacious. It looks luxurious. Provider communication is superb. The apartment is quite cool, if you prefer it warm.

There is definitely no patio. It was quite noicy over the weekend from the street and every day from the apartment above. Some things are a bit run down or not in best shape anymore. Some mold in one of the rooms.

It is a lovely apartment with 2 en-suite bedrooms and an extra powder room (3 toilets in all). The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the living and dining areas are very spacious and bright. There is also a washing machine. It is perfect for two couples or a family. The apartment is located in the middle of everything and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!

Great location close to the river, many good dining options, and shopping in central Lisbon. The apartment is cute and it was helpful having two en-suite bedrooms.

The property was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived, with dirty floors and dusty furniture and a strange oily substance all over the dining table. We found hair and Cheerios on one bathroom floor. A better cleaning partner would help make the experience better. The beds and pillows were not especially comfortable. I recommend investing in higher quality mattresses and pillows.

Great location- within walking distance from Baixa and Barrio Alto/Chiada neighborhoods. Big and comfortable place with all the required appliances makes it suitable for a long stay (we stayed for a week). Comfortable beds, very clean place, close to supermarkets as well as restaurants. Responsive host - they replaced a non-working toaster and provided a clothsline upon our request very quickly. Great location for taxi/Uber/Bolt availability- we never had to wait more than 4 minutes for a taxi.

Wifi does not work in the master bedroom. Signal becomes weaker and weaker as you go in, and is unusable while lying in bed. Washing machine did not work during our stay, and in spite of multiple messages between us and the host, it did not get fixed. This caused a lot of inconvenience- we were a group of 4 staying for 7 days, so having a working washer/dryer was essential.
