Apartment is big, has a good feeling and is well positioned. There are many restaurants and bars in the area and is well conected to public transport.

"Spacious and clean apartment in a lively city environment"

Perfect from start to finish. ALthoug run by a large property management firm, the service and communication is fast, efficient and effective. Very helpfull indeed. Apartment in good location, clean, large, light. Alle amenities one needs for a city stay.

The sound insulation in the block of apartments is non existent. The sounds of the upstairs neighbours sound like it's in your own place. Scary at times. And very inconvenient. Also the tram comes thorugh the street - and sounds like it shakes the whole building. Be prepared to be woken up early by this sound/vibration.
