Walkable to the Cape Cod Institute, the bike trial, restaurants and other amenities. A clean cool pool, good room with comfortable bed, small fridge and good bathroom , serviceable chairs etc outside to relax in

The in-room coffee was not good— but with so many cafes and a grocery nearby— this was a non issue
