The property was very well maintained and very quiet because it is a distance from the road where there is constant traffic.

Reasonable simple breakfast, optimal position

We really enjoyed the modernization of the room. The flooring and decor was incredibly updated. There was also always a great smell when you walked in! We didn't utilize the pool but loved that there was one. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely addition!

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the floors could have used a good mopping. Walking around in our socks resulted in dirty bottoms. This is being nitpicky as we really did enjoy our stay!

very nice inn, breakfast much better than what we had in NYC (wider choice). Staff (especially manager) very friendly and helpful with advices what to visit and what to do around.

The location was good, the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was good and staff friendly.

The room smelled almost like mold. It wasn’t mold itself but it was a strong stuffed smell. The carpet all around is not a good choice for a sea side room. The bedroom looks run down, the bathroom went through a “half” renovation where you can see the taps and shower head were new but the tiles and bathtub looked very outdated. The bathtub is yellowish. It was really not what I expected, specially considering the price.
