"Unfortunate experience"

Spacious room Good facilities (sugar body wash etc) Convenient check in system Good communication from staff for check in and instructions of access Ample parking spaces on street (but car got keyed)

Bad smell in room which took a long time to air out. My car got keyed when parked on the street. No off street parking available. EXTREMELY noisy! Upstairs made an insane amount of noise all through early hours of the morning. Loud TV, talking and sounded as though furniture was being moved around. We booked this place to get a good night sleep before and after an important work event and ended up with around 4 hours sleep each night. I would not reccomend this place if you actually want to sleep and rest. The response to previous reviews about noise is that it has been resolved but clearly not. Bedding was dirty and stained. One small mirror in the bathroom which is not convenient for two women staying there. No plugs nearby to style hair in mirror either so had to go out and buy mirrors. One bed was comfy the other was uncomfortable with springs digging into back. Multiple emails and texts after stay asking for feedback. Was reluctant to give but hoping now I have done this the emails and texts will stop.

I enjoyed the hospitality great and clean studio despise the last minute we didn't sleep at the studio and we couldn't access the studio this morning to pick up our stuff.

Communial laundry was very handy

Parking free but hard to find free space on 1st say . 2nd day was lucky and easily found the parking .

Nice space

Absolutely terrible staff didn’t allow late check out there was screaming and jumping from neighbours upstairs so walls are very very thin and customer service is terrible they have no compassion

It was clean and comfortable room I liked the shower the most.

Noise coming upstairs occupants which was annoying and a quite loud at times.
