Host & Stay - The Georgian Townhouse

Very spacious, conveniently located, well equipped

So spacious, couldn’t believe how big it was!! Photos don’t do it justice!

Only downside was that the red sofas weren’t the comfiest to sit on, but luckily there’s more sofas downstairs in the kitchen which is more of a social space anyway.

The location was great for restaurants and sightseeing. The house was clean and had plenty of shower facilities and toilets. We spent most of our time down in the kitchen/ dining room in the evenings. We would recommend this to our friends are visiting liverpool.

To save time, it would have been ideal to have a key safe at the front door instead of having to collect it elsewhere. Also, the showers were a bit temperamental, running cold and hot. We do understand that the house is an old building. Apart from that, we give it 9 out of 10.

Size, quirky, very comfortable

Started to think it was a scam. Was hounded by host company whilst on holiday with my family for another £250 damage deposit days before arrival having paid the full £700+ for the stay already. Ended up paying extra £25 non-refundable waiver. Host company very good at getting in touch when they want something but didn’t come back to us when the car park they recommended was full to offer any support until the next day. Expected to take keys to another location at check out.

House was very clean an spacious had everything from towels iron

The house was very well presented. Loved the way it was furnished. Comfortable beds. Great location. Looking to return next year.

No mattress protectors Lack of hanging space in bedroom 4 (Shower-cold water) and taps in wash basin not working. We spotted rats in the garden, I presume came from the neighbouring garden ( no criticism of the house)

The whole place was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities needed, lovely garden area in a great location for all of Liverpools amenities

The unfriendly and rude man at the Keynest location. The lounge needs somewhat updating and was not comfortable for 3 people to sit in. It took a long time to find the place to pick up the keys as no.instructions were given how to get there or how to get to the apartment from there and the man in the shop was most unhelpful..Wasn't a very good start and we wasted a lot of time on the first day, however once we got to the house it was lovely and we could relax from then on
