GBWe enjoyed Hastings and visiting our family it was easy to go in and out and parking wasn't ever an issue.
The key keeper wasn't very good it didn't work well at all. The facilities mentioned on site are extra and passes are required to visit the pool and if the stay doesn't fall in line with the normal haven stays you're unable to book online passes and swimming sessions timeslots. so only able to book the normal haven stay passes at site irrespective to how long the stay is and timeslots for swimming were thin on the ground.

Everything was spotless and well cared for, which made a huge difference in how comfortable and relaxed we felt during our stay. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience—truly the perfect getaway. We really appreciated the attention to detail, and it was clear how much effort had gone into making the place welcoming. GBNice clean accommodation, the owners were great with communication. The caravan was in a good location on the site, just a couple of minutes walk from the main facilities but in a peaceful location.
GBThe caravan was immaculate, well equipped, no odd smells and in a lovely location at the end of a row so quiet. Also the caravan is at the top of the hill so near to the complex. We used it as a base for travelling around thw area, lots of English Heritage properties nearby (with a car). Aldi is just down the road, which is much cheaper and healthier than food on complex.
The posting suggested that swimming was included, but actually you need to buy the passes from Haven holidays complex to access the entertainment and swimming.
