GBGBSize was good. Good bathroom&shower. Good position on campsite. When we had problem with the smart lock on leaving owner was helpful.
On arrival the bedding and the mats in the lounge were damp Cleaner said there is issue with washing machines on site and general cleanliness not great in the caravan, sticky floors & cupboards of half eaten food. Dirty sponge left by TV. The oven gas kept cutting out and seems to run lower temperature & there is only 1 rack to cook on. Also cleaner came knocking at 10 on departure day (check out was 11) wanting our bedding but we hadn't finished packing and had all our things out still, felt very rushed to give bedding/ leave however appreciate this may be due to washing machine issue. There was no wii & no electric blankets even though mentioned in itinerary.
GBThis caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. It is well equipped, though there wasn't a potato masher, but to be honest, it wasn't a massive issue. The caravan is also tucked away in a corner, which I can imagine would be great in the summer months.
The caravan has an electronic key box, and the batteries were running low on it, which took me a few attempts to open. This was reported to the owner at the time, but after staying for three days, I was unable to replace the key in the box as there was no power to open it. I, therefore, left the key with security
GBMyself and two colleagues were working in the area, this was a perfect choice for a cost effective week away. The caravan was spotlessly clean, beds were great and it was kitted out with everything we needed for a comfortable week at work. Would highly recommend.

Wasn't so keen being close to the tall trees when it was quite blustery.

Not a dislike, but just a suggestion that an info/welcome one page letter giving info about the site such as a map with play area locations, and instructions for the tv, what to do on check out with bins, etc would be a handy addition.
