The owners were very helpful but not too nice. They have rules and regulations to keep their business in good shape so I appreciated them telling people off about not following said rules. It was refreshing to see someone be friendly but still asking for respect for their livelihood.

Some facilities could be better maintained. The shower and the fan, for instance. The shower had some grime build up that's not necessarily neglect but it needs an extra bleach wash now and then. And the fan has never been used so it gets a build up of dust and cobweb. So then you can no longer use it because if you switch it on, all that fungi, bacteria in the dust, will be breathed in. Otherwise, maintained space. They stocked up on necessities and had nice shops nearby that made living bearable.
