"They can only do better"

No breakfast, location is too busy. Managed to get accommodation when I booked.

No mats all around the room as well as the bathroom. No soap, only one1ply toilet paper for the duration of stay. Having to request for the room to be cleaned. Having to share the refrigerator which is located in the passage. Taking a cold shower daily, water only gets warm for a minute.
