Treebo Blak & Wite Rk Beach

They did not accommodate us as Treebo is 3rd party agency and treebo accepts orders on behalf of the Hotel Blak n white asking us to cancel the booking and directly pay via a 3rd party payment gateway. Since it was suspicious i didn’t make the payment. When I visited the property they said that booking is canceled.

Breakfast starts very late and the breakfast they gave me was very bad, ruined rest of my day.

The location of the hotel was good for us.

The room was untidy. The blankets on the bed and the pillow covers were stinking. The AC was leaking a lot of water, we had to bear this all the while. On the last day, the AC did not work and we had to sleep with fan on though it was not comfortable. The breakfast room was so untidy, we did not have breakfast in the hotel, we had to go out and eat. Parking place is not at all sufficient. I think there was police raid in the hotel, I don't exactly know what the reason was but the police were asking questions to some boys in the hotel, and were also taking photos of the boys. I asked in the hotel reception what happened, and I was told that it was a safety check as a VIP was expected to come the next day - but going by the hotel quality I cannot believe that any VIP would come and stay there. Also, on booking.com while booking we were told to pay at the property, but I was pressurized to pay the next day itself. It is not fair.

Please note the following points regarding the booking id: 4508966618: Treebo Blak & Wite Rk beach Visakhapatnam (3rd June - 9th June, 2025) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1) AC can run either at 16 degreeC or 30 degreeC. There is no temperature regulator (remote). Similarly, Fan can run either at highest speed or zero speed. Hence, environment inside the room was very uncomfortable. 2) We have to change 2 rooms in first two days to get a relatively better room. That room also is not a very comfortable room. 3) Very miserable condition of the bathroom door and cleanliness. 4) Scarcity of staffs and the service of the staffs is very poor and unprofessional. 5) The staff present in the reception during check-in was very impolite and shouted against us during the second day evening. The reason is from 2 O'clock that day we were periodically saying about the malfunctioning of AC and requested repeatedly to rectify it. 6) Complain regarding AC and Fan was heard from a neighbouring room also. It was not bad but can be improved. Same breakfast every day was not good, when you giving bread and jam add butter.
