On the positive side, the king bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful. The pool was nice as well, although I wish it had been warm. Unfortunately, those features alone didn’t justify the nightly rate.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and paid approximately $475 per night for three people. While there were some positives, I don’t feel the experience matched the price. The room appeared dusty, almost as if it hadn’t been occupied in quite some time. There were dust bunnies in several areas, which made the room feel less clean than expected. The coffee maker was also dirty, and there weren’t any extra covers in the room. The suite included two sofa beds, but the mattresses were very old and worn. You could actually feel the wooden support slats underneath, making them uncomfortable for sleeping. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. During our stay, the menu was essentially the same every morning, consisting mainly of chilaquiles and eggs, with very little variety. That said, the personnel at the restaurant with the buffet were really, really attentive and nice, especially a man named Alfredo. As for customer service, the staff was not rude, but they were not particularly warm, welcoming, or attentive either. Overall, the hotel has potential because of its location and views, but the cleanliness, outdated sofa beds, limited breakfast options, and average customer service made it feel overpriced for what was offered.

Todo esta muy bien, el personal muy atento, cuartos muy limpios y confotables. Lo unico que no me gusto es que permit and que la jente tome en el area de la alverca y por que las personal le faltan al respeto a las mujeres

Es un hotel muy completo y está muy bien ubicado, buen personal

Que no sirviera muy bien la secadora y no suficiente toallas para los huéspedes, si notificas que somos 4 bebería ser 4 no 3 toallas!

El desayuno se me hizo muy pobre, pero en relación al precio de la habitación ok

Esta en muy buenas condiciones las instalaciones!

La ubicación

Que no me dijeron que el desayuno solo se sirve de 7 a 9, no me avisaron voy de vacaciones no a madrugar, a parte que el desayuno sin variedad eso fue lo único muy mediocre el desayuno ofrecido
