Lovely place with a good view, good location and in general a comfy place. Offers everything you need for a longer stay.

Very right parking space on site but enough on road parking available.

Lovely sized rooms. Very clean. Comfy bed.

Great location, easy access to buses only a few minutes away. If you prefer a walk then there is a lovely coastal path leading to St Ives within a short distance. The accommodation was very comfortable and the bathroom was particularly nice with double sinks and a very good shower. Excellent parking within the property grounds.

Lovely pet friendly property with spacious, comfortable accommodation. Added bonus of unexpected breakfast provided, as well as fresh milk and a variety of hot drink options. Super hosts, available if we needed them, but gave us plenty of privacy. Shared, enclosed garden (shared with the other holiday property on site). Off street parking, close to nice walks with St Ives and Hayle easily accessible. Highly recommended property.

Some difficulty at times with the TV signal, however, this wasn’t an issue as we weren’t there to watch TV!

Great location with parking, lovely room. A short walk in to St Ives taking in the amazing view along Hain Walk to Porthminster and in to St Ives. I would highly recommend very comfortable stay.

Loved the accomodation , especially the decor and colour scheme . Friendly helpful hosts. Great location and short walk to some amazing beaches /town and on bus route when too tired to walk back up. Green space outside.

Shared outside space which I initially assumed only we had access to. New guests arrived one evening but were not seen much. Planned Works being done on the road that week and not being notified about no electricity that day. However professionally dealt with and being compensated for same. Fridge is lovely but tiny. A little table in the room would be nice - perhaps if locked wardrobes were swapped to make space for same
