Godrevy Lighthouse View, St Ives, free parking near beach

Everything is great! You got everything you need and you can see the effort of the owners just looking at how they prepared and designed the property. You have enough room for storage at the loo, you got instructions on how to deal with the waste… Enjoyed our stay so much .Highly recommended!

Lovely big room, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a fabulous bathroom, amazing power shower and twin sinks plus great storage space. Nice additions were the mini fridge and complimentary water, teas and biscuits and cosy sofa. Beautiful back garden and seating area which is shared and the cutest tortoise shell cat! The location was perfect, we left our car for the whole stay and got the bus most days (17,T2) from the bus stop at the end of the road into St Ives which is only 5 mins and £5 for a return . Other days we walked down to Carbis Bay beach and took the south west coast path where it brings you to Porthminster beach before coming into St Ives. You can also take the train which goes from St Ives to St Erth stopping at Carbis and Lelant also which highly recommend for the views. We had a fantastic stay and would look to stay again on our annual trip in the future.

The size of the towels could be bigger! A full length mirror would be a great addition. Investing in a new kettle as it had seen better days and wasn’t in keeping with the other facilities. The bed was super squeaky and needs sorting. The noise from upstairs was noticeable early in the morning.

Shed / office outside the room seemed to be busy on my arrival day, and it felt a little bit of luck of privacy

It was a great location, easy to access and the facility was very well presented and maintained. The size was just right for us. We would definitely stay there in the future.
