When u pulled up it was full of builders vans door was wide open and the place was filthy .. took about ten minutes to guess how to work door lock .. well open door and couldn't believe what I see paint peeling of walls curtains out of 1960 . And the shower was about to full apart .. red hot water where controls wouldn't work . Bed like rock and no TV . Was on phone book different place second time happened to me will never recommend booking .com the don't check what they sell even if cheap should be presentable .. absolute joke of a bb .. think asylum seeker was there too .. ABSOLUTE DUMP

Despite being on a main road it was quite quiet in the room. And pretty much clean apart from the odd cobweb.

When we arrived we couldn’t get in using the front door due to a new door being fitted, we were not given a heads up about this prior to checking in. Tried to call and their office was shut but I messaged and they replied within 5 minutes with alternative access to the building. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but reasonable for the cost. Didn’t feel like a very safe space either because there were lots of people coming and going. Booking.com stated 11am for check out but housekeeping banged on our door at 10am when we were half way through getting ready to tell us we had to get out at 10, they were quite rude and after I showed them that booking.com stated 11 they said it was a mistake it should have been updated but let us stay until 11am stating they would come back to us last.

Very clean quite an comfortable felt very relaxed.

Couldn't get shower working properly. Could you please cheak shower as we are book in again for tonight also the booking has been confirmed for tonight's stay but I havnt received the door code could u please send them iv got the confirmation an pin but just no door codes. Many thanks
