"Did not stay. Experience horrendous."

Nothing!

Could not get access until permanent renter let us in. Then found allocated room occupied and filthy. Owners did not answer phone calls. Had to find alternative accommodation.

it was quiet apart from noises from room above

Would have been stuck without email as the contact number supplied in the house entrance did not know and could not locate the person with the key code to let us in.

"Good"

The comfortable bed, access to a toilet within the unit and a good internet connection.

The shower had only hot water (no cold). The lack of a chair, having one would make eating and drinking more enjoyable.
