"Extremely good value"

Good price and lots to do in area. Nice quiet site ideal for our overnight stay

We loved it but only suggestion would be a small airer to dry our wet clothes

"Lovely peaceful family stay"

We have stayed on many parks within dawlish Lovely caravan had everything needed within nice complex good communication with owners met all needs and was very helpful would stay again and recommend

Slightly hear trains which is expected and was not much kids entertainment but plenty around dawlish to do and you get access to golden sands campsite also which had plenty of entertainment

"Quiet peaceful getaway"

Based on a lovely small Quiet site not to far from train station and bus so easily accessible for those without a car. Only a short stroll to shops , bars / restaurants and the beautiful beach. Has a swimming pool and entertainment with access to larger sites facilities as well Lovely standard caravan with double bedroom , twin room and a single room was very clean, with everything you need. The owners are lovely and very helpful Would definitely stay again Look forward to seeing it all finished

Old style seating on wooden base so not the most comfortable
