Boutique Old Sea Stable - 1 minute from beach

Wonderfully cosy cottage, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Perfectly located tucked away on a quiet street just moments from the beach. Everything was perfect and the lovely host was so helpful 10/10 👍☺️

Fantastic property,beautifully presented and thoughtfully equipped. Everything you could need is here : comfortable beds , powerful shower, well organised kitchen space.Excellent location, as it says a minute to the beach and along the front about 10 minutes into town. Vikki was a very welcoming host ,very accessible and we appreciated all that things that were in the property for us especially as we arrived rather late. Collecting the key was made very easy and Vikki was so accommodating about time of arrival. We loved it and hope to visit again.

Proximity to the beach, Vikki was an exceptional host.

An excellent location, with easy parking and use of a permit. The cottage was compact, thoughtfully designed and had most of the things we needed.

There was an issue with the upstairs sockets not working but the owners dealt with it immediately and kept me informed throughout so that was all fine. I would have appreciated a small supply of ingredients, ie cooking oil, butter and more than 1 spare loo roll. I found the mattress a little uncomfortable but this might be personal preference. All small details really and I appreciate the owners had had a few issues not of their making just prior to our stay.

Beautifully presented, immaculately clean cottage, ideally located for Tynemouth, Cullercoats and Whitley Bay. Literally a few metres from the beach in a quiet spot. The furnishings, kitchen and appliances all felt new and relatively unused (everything matched!). The host was quick and helpful in communication, kindly left some items in the fridge to give a good start. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Vikki and her husband went the extra mile during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful apartment - so comfortable and cosy for the perfect stay! We loved the little treats that demonstrates their amazing kindness.
