Boutique Old Sea Stable - 1 minute from beach

The location was perfect both near the sea and walkable to the Priory and town centre. The property was delightfully decorated and extremely clean. I was grateful of the milk and tea/coffee making facilities after our long trip and our daughter enjoyed tasting the Geordie Humbugs. The shower was fabulous. Overall, an excellent experience.

The parking, whilst available with the permit, isn’t private. There’s nothing they can do to rectify that as it’s indicative of the area. We didn’t have a problem but it’s something to consider.

The cottage was beautiful and really well equipped. Everything was really clean and very tasteful. The shower was the best ever. The location was superb.

Location was perfect to explore, cottage was immaculate and so relaxing. Will recommend to family and friends.

Location, really excellent facilities, friendly host who was easy to contact if required. Close to the beach/sea front. Short lazy walk to the pubs and restaurants area nearby. But far enough away so noise from the same. Would definately stay again.

No private outside seating area (e.g. Back yard, etc), however quiet little street so could plonk a chair outside the front door if you really wanted to. Smaller bedroom was a bit warm during a short June summer heatwave of about +28 deg even with roof window open, so maybe needs a fan for high summer in July/Aug. On reflection maybe should have used the bigger bedroom, especially as it was 2 meters closer to the pubs ! We didn't watch much TV however 'live' TV a bit clunky accessing via apps ( Netflix, iPlayer, etc) if you are not app savvy - luckily we were.

A beautiful cottage right near the beach, fabulous location. Great attention to detail and furnished to a high standard. Great communication with the owner and was available should we have needed her. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
