Good Location

the security desk for the building was nice and friendly, there are restaurants within short walk distance such as "Foh San Dim Sum Ipoh"

the toilet is constantly wet. for a one night stay, i'm not sure if there is some water leakage underneath the bathroom floor or because the shower area door doesn't close fully but you might find very tiny black wiggling worms on the bathroom floor if you stare at the floor while sitting on toilet, I only saw it the next morning when I was about to check out, I didn't take a picture, i just used the hose next to the toilet to wash them down the drain.

The room is comfortable and clean. It's very spacious as well. There's plenty of tourist attractions near the hotel location as well.

The bathroom is quite small. Specifically the shower.

We recieved the information by whats app about how to get there ,and where and how to access keys and car park ,and everything went so someth;y , the appartment wa sfine for us clean and everything we needed for a 4 day stay for two people . The location was exellent so close to shopping malls and the old center of Ipoh , The admin for booking in and out was the very best 110 % very good .There was a running track on the 8th floor and a good swimming pool , even you gid not have to wait for the lifs so quick and smooth .we will come again
