Location.

Cleanliness is poor, the room has cockroach. The shower area is rather small (We are in Malaysia not Hong Kong?) The parking lot assigned was super narrow and difficult to park. The bed is sinking a little bit, not good for lower back pain. Not aware of deposit until the unit management reached out via WhatsApp to collect refundable deposit. My first thought was scammer?
