Unit 19 Villa Mia Apartment

Everything , property is nice and clean

There are things that were not provided , like wi-if

Great location.. beautiful pool .. decent to stay

Fans were not working . Luckily we had asked the lady togive us the one dan from the prev room we were in..that helped alot...bathroom way too cramped..shower has no pressure at all..place not too clean..balcony was very dirty.

the first day we had electricity and water we slept when we wake up there was no electricity, water two full days without electricity . They have generator but they only switch on the generator when they want to clean after that they switch off the generator .

They must have backup for electricity and water, you can't be staying as guest that is paying full amount without electricity .

Absolutely no communication from the owner of this accommodation. The host was also consistently not answering her phone. This place does not at all look like the pictures. The aircon has been broken for many years it was leaking so much water. Many things have not been cleaned. The cutlery is in horrible condition. There was no dish soap or sponges only an old scrubbing brush which was very oily. The fans in both rooms were not working and they were very dirty. The owner once again (as I've seen by previous reviews other people experienced this as well) did not pay her DSTV. This is very sad as we have stayed at Villa Mia before and not had any problems, many units have different owners so my review does not reflect the whole of Villa Mia only unit number 19.
